The main plus point is the strategic location

Requested a non-smoking room, but there was also a cigarette smell on the 5th floor. At night it was noisy with love music, in the morning it was also noisy with a drum band, apparently there was a morning service. The night light was almost off, the room lights were very dim. The food so far was okay.

Royal Palm is really great. The waiters are friendly and nice, the food menu is also varied.

The cafe is very supportive. The lobby area is very spacious. Not too far from the toll entrance.

Close to local culinary area. Distance to place of worship is not too far

The location is comfortable, strategic, but maybe there should be some renovation, considering it's an old hotel. I've stayed there before but it was still Aston Hotel.

on traveloka it is given a 4 star rating. but the facilities are still far from what is usually found in a 4 star hotel. the breakfast menu is also very limited, especially the types of cakes.

Bed bugs! Lots of bed bugs, bitten more than 20 times.

Standard room, old hotel, food prices are quite expensive, but for breakfast there are quite a lot of choices.

The bed is hard. The pillows are not comfortable. Need a lot of renovation.
