The owners were very enthusiastic, and the elevator and rooms were quite new. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small, and the shower gel and shampoo weren't very reputable as I couldn't see any brand names. I think it would be better if they switched to a smaller package. However, for a stay of only 1-2 nights, it's still perfectly fine. It's close to the 30-10 Square, just a 5-minute walk away. There's parking for motorbikes, which is great for concert-goers like us.

The Wi-Fi signal is so weak it's practically nonexistent.
