Hotel O Ratu Residence is a good choice

The room smells musty, the toilet is clogged, the shower is broken, the floor is cracked, gosh. It's so frustrating coming to this hotel. When you arrive, you are asked for additional money, you book 3 nights, you only get 2 nights. Highly not recommended.

The accommodation is bad, the price on the application is only 80, why when we arrived at the accommodation, the staff asked for 150. Not to mention the service is lacking. Everything about this accommodation is bad. This is the first and last time.

Prices in the app are different from prices on location.

1. The hotel refused the reservation via online even though it was already paid for. Finally the receptionist asked for an additional 50 thousand on the spot. 2. The bathroom door is broken, can't be closed. 3. The bathroom faucet is broken. 4. Guests are given wet towels.

Prices are different from those at the hotel when checking in and require an additional fee if you still want to stay. Facilities are also lacking.

The place is comfortable, clean and neat. However, there is a price difference in the application and during check-in on weekends.
