Bad experience, he said he was told to wait for check-in 2 hours, before that other guests were ordered to wait for hours to check in, the cellphone number was difficult to contact and the check-in system was not clear with a very expensive deposit. Asking for a refund instead refuses, I don't recommend renting at "by travelio".
