Perfect for those who have to take an early morning flight.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and located in a strategic area. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room had great amenities and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with various options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall the service is satisfactory, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, but when making the initial reservation there was information that was not conveyed because I had asked for a room with a connecting door and adjacent, and I did order a different room type, but CS did not inform me that it could not be if the type was different if it was adjacent and there were no rooms with connecting doors and it was only informed when I arrived at the hotel, it should have been informed that there were none from the beginning and if you wanted to be adjacent, you had to have the same type of room so you wouldn't feel disappointed. But thank you for the service

they said breakfast was from 6 o'clock. When they arrived at 7 o'clock, there were no officers on standby even though the food was already available. Then, the food was under the AC, automatically cold. Even though the stove was on, everything was still cold. There was porridge but it wasn't hot. Everything was cold.

It really helps during morning flights, especially when we have to travel out, we can leave our stuff (laundry) that we can pick up again when we return to Indonesia, so we don't have to bother carrying dirty clothes in our suitcases, thank you very much.
