I only stayed here one night. The caretaker was noisy until midnight on the third floor, chatting loudly with someone. As for cleanliness, I'm not sure if the room I got was cleaned. The floor was so dirty I had to wear slippers inside. My body was itchy from sleeping on the bed. The windows, paintings, and window sills were covered in thick dust. Please be aware.
