Comfortable place to stay. The first unit we got had an aircon that wasn’t cold, but the staff quickly moved us to another room, which was much better. We also ordered food, and it came out pretty fast. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I've stayed here twice but the AC isn't cold, I also asked for a room near the pool but was given one on the 3rd floor, tired of going back and forth

There were geckos and cockroaches, the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, there were no tissues, the staff couldn't find the key and instead gave rude answers, the service was really bad, when I wanted to check out, the receptionist didn't come out for a long time until I was almost late

After confirming directly after booking, the room was fully booked, but there was no refund or rescheduling. It was truly disappointing, even though I'd stayed here before without any issues. This was the first time I'd experienced such a loss from the accommodation, with no accountability.

Cross-check the condition of the smart TV or digital TV that is not working properly The number of contact stock does not match the availability of the device, then we want to plug in where the device cable is. Thank you

hmmm what do you think.. if you're in a pinch, this is fine, but if not, there are other places that are okay for the same price.

Location close to UPH Campus, suitable for families preparing for graduation ceremonies

It's actually good, but the sheets aren't very clean and there's nothing provided in the room.
