From the beginning, I was not satisfied because I initially got a room on the 4th floor, but it turned out the mattress was still wet and not dry yet, so I went down and asked for a room change and got one on the 2nd floor. When I wanted to turn on the AC, it was difficult to turn on, then around 7:30 PM, suddenly the room lights and electricity went out. I tried to go to the receptionist downstairs and it turned out the room token had run out, and I waited for an hour but it still didn't turn on in the room, so I finally checked out early.

The mattress was covered in other people's hair, so much so that I asked for a new pillowcase for myself. I was given one, but I didn't get two. The mattress also had hair on the blanket.
