The bathroom water is dead, dirty, the staff is not friendly.

I was supposed to stay until Friday (long stay), because the room was like this I wanted to vomit and couldn't sleep, so on Tuesday I checked out. I have attached the photos, and this is the worst OYO ever. I am complent but the receptionists have too many reasons, and don't want to be given input. OYO must have standards and check once in every OYO.

The toilet is dirty, ask for a room change because the sink faucet is off. Eh, the answer is that the sink faucet is all broken. The employees are rancid. There is another 15 thousand tax money levy . The room is not as beautiful as the photo.

Very unethical, the completeness of hotel facilities does not exist, not to mention the 15 thousand tax receipts from the hotel, I asked 15 thousand for what, it's the hotel's obligation, and the deposit is deducted directly from the 15 thousand tax. Please follow up, I'm a very dissatisfied guest or OYO if you can withdraw the cooperation.

Highly not recommended. Unfriendly staff. The room and bathroom are dirty. When checking in, you have to pay the booking tax again. There is no car park. KTP withheld until check out, this is against the rules.

Too many rules. I feel very uncomfortable. I've paid up front for booking but I'm still asking for a lump sum.

This hotel is quite strategic and quiet. The rooms are also clean, equipped with television and air conditioning. But the toilet was not equipped with a sink because it was broken and the shower couldn't be hung. There are no locks and door handles. But for the service can be said to be good.
