There's no TV or shampoo in the room. The wallpaper is peeling almost all around the room, making it a breeding ground for ants. Overall, it's okay for the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly, very helpful with my luggage, and they were quick to assist me with any room issues. The place is clean, but there's no elevator, but it's okay for affordable accommodation in the city center.

I decided to stay again in this hotel as the first time I came here I had a wonderful stay and cleaner room but then when I came here again to stay, I literally had a shocking experience as the room that I get not too pleasant to stay.. I think the owner should look into renovate some of the rooms a lil bit as it is a bit disappointing.

1. No elevator (so you have to take the stairs to the 4th floor) 2. Location in front of a cemetery 3. The wallpaper is torn (uncomfortable because it looks like an unusable room) 4. The AC isn't cold

This hotel used to be nice and clean but this was not maintained, especially regarding the cleanliness of the room sheets which I found were stained which made me uncomfortable to sleep in.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the environment, hotel staff, and also the hotel room. It was my first time visiting Medan city, and I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay. Will surely choose this hotel if I have the chance to visit Medan again.
