The worst experience in my life booking a hotel/apartment. I booked for 1.4 million/night. When I arrived in the room there were cockroaches, even on the bed!!! The rice cooker was crusty and disgusting. The gong that made me write this review is, with that price, how come the internet doesn't work! Starting from when I checked in until I checked out, the internet couldn't be used, hey, on the 29th floor where the cellphone signal is bad.. the CS Travelio chat was very useless, the reply was slow and they only offered me a 25,000 voucher for the next booking, wkwkw, imagine how annoying it was to have no signal all night (which is important) and this CS dared to offer me a 25,000 voucher, wkwkwkw, no solution at all. Bye Travelio, first and last 👎🏻 (it's a shame that the crust on the rice cooker can't be uploaded, I don't know why) but I swear there was a cockroach on the bed with evidence attached
