The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are worth the price, water is clean, bed sheets and towels are clean. Smells good too.

I initially chose this accommodation to rest so I wouldn't have to go back and forth waiting for my sick parents. Upon checking in at 6 PM, I was immediately shown my room. When I entered the room, it was rather dirty and full of dust. There was a hair clip on the mattress that no one knew who owned it. The bed was rotten, the headboard was broken. The AC was turned on, but after waiting for an hour, it didn't cool down, instead it felt hot and stuffy, to the point that the children were fussy. I ordered food that wasn't spicy for the children, but instead, they were given something very spicy. Furthermore, they didn't give me any space, just a paper tin wall, so I ended up eating noodles in paper. I asked for a bowl and was given a styrofoam one, and finally asked for a replacement package because I had already opened three packages for my three children, but the spicy food was still thrown away. By 9:30 PM, the AC in the room wasn't cooling down either, and my children were getting increasingly fussy. I couldn't take it anymore and finally decided to check out of the accommodation.

I invited my relatives to stay in Bandung, and they were delighted. I never thought Bekasi would still have such a beautiful and cool atmosphere. I'll try booking a villa next time 🥰

I stayed in suite room 2. The AC wasn't cooling, and the lights kept going out. It went out at midnight, and a large resort wouldn't have a generator.

The room was hot, and there were no cleaning supplies. The staff and service were quite friendly and excellent.

CS and staff are friendly, cleanliness is quite good, the atmosphere is not noisy so it is comfortable for resting, the bathroom does not provide soap, the water flow is a bit clogged so when taking a shower there is a puddle of water, the TV has complete channels, the wifi is a bit slow, the swimming pool is safe for children, the restaurant opens at 8 in the morning so if you want breakfast you have to leave the hotel, the room size is according to the capacity of people, there are a lot of ants so if you bring food it must be closed tightly, mineral water is provided in mini Cleo size, the score is 8.5/10

A comfortable place for a staycation with family.

Overall for the cleanliness of the room is ok, just a little addition for the sheets and blankets please speed up using a broom, because it has been 2x in the same room type and room 312, the sheets and blankets are still dirty or not clean and it has been 2x also in the same type and room the AC is not cold enough. And I am very grateful for the staff, very friendly, polite, responsive, both in person and by online, although sometimes low response, hehehe... Thanks for all.
