The room smells dirty and full of dust. My husband and I couldn't sleep because the sheets made us itchy. They probably weren't changed. And the service wasn't good. I asked for more pillows because I just had a nose job, but the staff said there were no more pillows in stock.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first night, I left my luggage at the counter and checked in later. After I checked in, there was a small dead mouse in the room. But the housekeeping staff and the receptionist resolved it very quickly but still lost the initial sympathy and on the mattress there was a piece of trash from a detergent package. The deluxe room is spacious, new and modern equipment, the view overlooking the sea is very chill. The receptionist and room service are very enthusiastic and cute. The breakfast buffet is also quite diverse (Hu Tieu with delicious broth, porridge and soup are also quite delicious). Will come back next time.

Staying 4 days and 3 nights in a small, humid room with a very unpleasant smell, especially a room without a window, is very uncomfortable. Most take the stairs, the elevator is not very useful.

Room design is very nice, clean. Best of all, there is a large tub by the window to relax. I have booked here for the second time and am very satisfied with the hotel service. Will come back here.
