Staff on the reception was very friendly and perfectly mannered. Even their English was a bit limited. The rooms are perfect, clean and lovly. with a small balcony, a very exciting bath tubb, high class for this price. Respect! The Breakfast was not very exciting. The pool was closed, a bit disappointing. the reception was very quiet and formal, where as cleaners and kitchen persoal were constantly screaming in loud voices, what was a bit annoying. Could be better trained, to work silent. All over, very nice. Location is interesting, quite central, with a lot of night-life bars, Men's sauna next door and plenty of nice girls calling.

The room is reasonably priced, clean and tidy, but the walk to the beach is a bit far. Enthusiastic and friendly staff, including a quite likable older waiter. There is a good breakfast buffet compared to the price range. The only negative point is probably that the room's soundproofing is a bit poor. Will definitely come back when I have the opportunity to come to Da Nang

New and clean facilities. The bad point is the bad sound insulation. The room next to the TV is on or talking is the room we all listen to.

Cơ sở vật chất ổn,đầy đủ. Ăn sáng dạng buffet khá ok, đồ ăn tạm. Hồ bơi hình như lâu ngày không vệ sinh nên có vẻ nước đục, khá bẩn .cách âm rất kém, sáng sớm ngủ bị đánh thức bởi tiếng khóc chói tai con nít và tiếng nước hồ bơi tầng trên. Và mọi thứ có lẽ tốt nếu thái độ nhânn viên đón tiếp khách có thể niềm nở và ton trong hơn. Từ lúc checkin đến checkout mình gặp đúng 1 chị lễ tân đó luôn (không biết tên ) mặt lúc nào cung hầm hầm. Không tí nào care khách chưa bh thấy cười hay là nói chuyện "dễ nghe" tí. Nói chuyện cộc lốc và kiểu chăm chăm công việc của mình lm cho xong thôi chứ cung chẳng care gì đến khách. Thậm chí chào cũng không. Khách sạn nên khắc phục
