Very bad experience when staying here, just want to pick up the key, you have to wait 1.5 hours. Even though when I wanted to check in 2 hours before, I already informed you. Still waiting for hours with the reason the key is still on its way. In addition, the rooms are not suitable. I no longer use TRAVELIO.

Pengalaman sangat buruk saat nginep di sini, mau ambil kunci saja musti nunghu 1.5 jam. Padahal pas mau chekin 2jam sblumnya udah saya infokan. Masih juga nunggu ber jam² dengan alasan kunci masih dalam perjalanan. Di tambah lagi kamar tidak sesuai. Ngga lagi² saya pakai TRAVELIO.
