Cheap and cheerful, what else is great?

This is the first time I've had a really complicated hotel check-in. The rule is 'maximum 2 people per room'. I came with three of us, and in the end, my friend wanted to go back, but the hotel staff decided who could go back. They said no changes were allowed. Hey, I paid, wow! I already followed the rule of 1 room for 2 people, why are you deciding who can go back and who can stay? It's also really noisy; even people passing by in the middle of the night can be heard. There's no privacy. Every time I go out to buy food, they ask me where I'm going and who I'm with. It's really weird.

Everything is good, from the staff to the condition of the rooms. Best!
