I was about to enter a horror hotel, even though I booked a deluxe room. When I entered the room, it immediately smelled musty and had been left over from someone else's drink. The bathtub was unusable, and there was no cover. The shower stall was loose, and there were no towels provided. Entering the room smelled musty, rather than uncomfortable.

The room is quite clean, cheap price, close to restaurants and malls.

The hotel is old, the environment is dirty, security is lacking, noisy neighbors are left alone all night.

Strategic location, plenty of food choices, and easy access everywhere. Highly recommended.

It's nice and strategically located. There's plenty of food out front and it's reasonably priced.

The hotel is old. There's no water heater for coffee or tea in the room. It's eerie at night; the lights aren't white, but rather yellowish. The bathroom is dirty. The price is affordable and it's close to Taman Anggrek Mall and Central Park 1 and 2. You can walk to the malls. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant and busy, right next to Richesee and Family Mart.

The first night I stayed, it rained heavily around 2 AM, and the hotel's lights went out until morning. The AC was leaking. I reported it the next morning and it was immediately repaired. Towels were not provided, so I had to ask for them first. There was no telephone in the room. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was clean and close to the culinary center. The staff was also friendly, but some facilities need improvement.

The room looks old, I suggest cleaning the bathroom, and the bed sheets are a bit itchy, please replace them.
