Good stay. Clean spacious and well equipped apartment. Very good and secure car parking. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the pool area very good (although note the time is limited to 1h30 - which was ample for us). Whilst the hotel is located on a commercial business park the centre of Vannes is an easy 10mins drive away. Recommended for a stoppover.

The property was fabulous. Modern, smart, spacious, very clean, very comfortable. The staff were excellent, except for one person. One receptionist never said hello, smiled, or made eye contact, unlike all other staff. However, we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you.

The Good. -------------- Staff --- Check-in and front-desk staff very helpful. Very pleasant. Room --- A fully self-catering apartment. Very spacious. Two TVs. Full kitchen. Bedroom. --- Very comfortable. Pool --- Great facilities. Parking --- "Real" car parking. Easily fit SUVs, touring, people-carriers, and luggage in/out. (Unlike so many other French hotels with car-parks that only fit..."smurf" cars.) Breakfast --- Lots of options. Air Conditioning. --- Absolutely outstanding. A fully, stand-alone unit. Completely controllable by you. Not "gated" by a central box at reception (like so many other French hotels). If you like "real" air conditioning, and want 16-18 Celsius, this is your hotel. Summary --- I would strongly recommend this hotel. Especially if you have a mid-sized/big car, and/or you like American-quality Air Conditioners.

Excellent place to stay in Vannes apartments are very modern beautifully furnished. Extremely clean. A very quick check in and out at reception always a good point! Would highly recommend excellent value

We wanted a quiet overnight stay in a modern apartment and this was ideal. Loads of room. Very comfy bed. Plenty of parking, helpful reception, close to motorways

We booked two suites here on a last minute basis as we had a problem with our previously booked accommodations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had air conditioning-a rarity. The pool and spa were nice and our rented electric car could be plugged in at a secure location next to the hotel. The breakfast was well presented and we enjoyed it each morning. Though not the French country feel of other hotels, it makes up for it with convenience and reliable service

Very nice place with all the amenities! Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need! Our room was the one for 4 guest and had a full set up kitchen including a dishwasher.

Very helpful staff, comfortable appatrment and great swimming pool (Just a bit surprised about being able to only stay 1h per day for free).

Nice hotel, located a bit out of Cannes - required driving to eat in Cannes. Hotel clean, breakfast good, pool lovely. Rooms very nice - modern and clean. If you are happy to drive in the evening then this is great

Un très accueil et une chambre toujours très agréable et propre. Petit piste d'amélioration à envisager pour le déjeuner : une personne n'est pas suffisante pour à la fois débarrasser et réapprovisionner le petit car de nombreuses tables avaient été utilisée sans être débarrassées, il manquait de certains produits et le nettoyage vers l'extracteur de jus d'orange n'avait pas été fait (système pas adapté car très salissant).

l'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un week-end prolongé. Le personnel sympathique, rien à redire. l'avantage de cette réservation était la piscine. Cependant, la période "vacances scolaires" ou week-end de mai n'est pas la meilleure idée : trop de bruit avec les enfants et les parents oubliant qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une piscine municipale. D'autre part, la piscine mériterait un rajeunissement, de plus un jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.

Notre séjour de 2 nuits c'est très passé. Laccueil malgré l'heure tardive a été parfait. Le personnel est agréable. L'apart hotel est propre, bien équipé. Le coin cuisine est très appréciable. Le petit moins, la cafetière à filtre qui n'est pas pratique pour un court séjour, on se promène rarement avec nos filtres et notre paquet de café moulu. Une machine expresso serait plus pratique avec quelques capsules. Le matelas est confortable. Il est juste dommage que la partie SPA manque d'entretien et aucune notice pour le fonctionnement des jacuzzis. Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas mais pas signalé et vu l'odeur intérieur cela faisait quelque temps. Notre avis sur l'ensemble du séjour reste positif, on reviendra sûrement.
