Great hotel, secure parking evrything was what we needed. My only small complaint was the bed was too soft and we were above the restaurant and staff were moving chairs loudly at night

What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)

Good value, more here than i expected.

Great hotel

It's got Rouen Centre in the name but its a 40-50 minute walk away. Transport is limited and the bus/tram lines you can get require tickets. There are no ticket machines in the area lol.

No tea or coffee facilities in room parking in basement convenient and secure

Considering we stayed at the 2 star hotel, the reception lounge set this hotel apart from similar hotels because the facilities are shared with the 3 star hotel. There are no kettles in the rooms but, you can fill cups with hot water from the dispensers in the breakfast area (politely ask reception first). We arrived late and hadn't eaten. Fear not. Just up the road there is a fabulous fish restaurant called La Marina. Fresh fish cooked to order and sold by the kilo (25 Euros) or you can select from a limited choice of set menus. This is a basic restaurant and you won't find alcohol sold here, but the food was so good we ate there twice over the weekend and the staff were really friendly. Children will like the aquariums and parents will find the prices are far cheaper than the tourist restaurants in the city centre!

Staff were helpful aiding us to find somewhere to eat. Secure parking is very resonably priced, bed was very comfortable and shower fab. The only improvement would be a slightly better pillow.

The facilities are great, and there’s easy car parking. The staff appeared disinterested in creating a welcoming experience and engaging with the customers, the receptionist who checked us in held his head throughout the entire process.

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel, which was perfect for our young family. The rooms were comfortable and the communal area downstairs was full of games and space to hang out over dinner (we ordered Deliveroo to the lobby). The breakfast buffet was a delicious mix of pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and cold meats/cheese. Cost extra but free for under 6s. Bookmarking for future stop offs.
