Overall, the experience felt disappointing given the pictures and also the 5 star pricing. The staff and quality of service is really far from being 5 star.
From check-in to the stay, service was a big let down.
The property itself is large and well-designed. It feels run-down in certain aspects (like furniture in the room) but overall pretty good. Food is decent as well. Although I was disappointed that a hotel of this size did not have a coffee machine!! But the staff left so much to be desired - there's no focus on client comfort, no preempting of needs of clients - especially senior citizens. We booked this place in spite of the distance from main temple etc expecting a 5 star level service and facilities. In my next visit I would try some of the other hotels closer to the temple and the beach.
