Very clean, great staff, and really generous with the amount of towels they give.

Great stay at West Beach hotel Brighton. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and it was very central to thentown centre a great location! Would highly recommend!

We stayed in room 401 which was very spacious and had an amazing view of the sea front. It is worth noting that the loft only goes the the third floor, so any rooms on the top floor have to be accessed on a flight of stairs. The only mirror was also in the bathroom which didn't have any external light. It would have been helpful to have another mirror I'm the bedroom for getting ready. Would recommend the West Beach Hotel.

Great place for a solo traveler looking for a comfortable bed in a hostel type environment,

Only stayed a night but it was just what we needed. Room was a nice size and was clean with plenty of fresh towels. It was quiet at night and i got a good nights sleep. The continental breakfast had a good selection of breads and pastries and cereals, its quite a simple breakfast but good for a light start to the day meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage for the day while we went out to explore Brighton. Would stay here again.

Great value for money, just missing a tv!

Nice big room, spotlessly clean. Very good shower, nice and hot with lots of nice shower gel and shampoo. Good suoply of towels and coffee/tea in room. Lovely staff, really welcoming. Breakfast a little bit hit and miss but adequate. Would stay here again, very good value for Brighton and close to all amenities.

Great location, lovely big room with super comfy bed and really friendly staff - would definitely recommend.

It done the job for the weekend as it was a competitive price and good location. We did have the cleaner walk in on us whilst we were there and didn't tidy the room another day. We had water coming from the above room which I guess was a leaking shower from above. Quite noisy with everyone walking past. Could have done with a TV in the room. You can see it is being renovated so might be better in time?

You get what you paid for... a decent bed an a decent bathroom. The location is good. The people at the reception are polite. The soundproofing is mediocre. Some works are being undertaken, so depending on your room, your view could be obstructed by scaffolding.

Booked here just for one night as it was in walking distance of the Brighton Centre. Was just right. Staff polite and helpful.

Avoid! Dishonest allocation of rooms. Booked a family room and got put in a dorm. Very disappointing.

I thought the hotel was a bit shabby to be honest. The reception area just feels like walking into a charity shop. The staff are great with very friendly service. The rooms lact a tv. Yes, in 2025 no tv which is standard in every B&B you could stay in. Not this one!! For me this was a deal breaker.

From the outside you wouldn’t know how nice it is. Once in it is warm and friendly. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was different but in a good way. We will be coming back, no question about that.

Lots of good things about it. Unfinished at the front but it's got a nice style to it. Very helpful friendly staff. We had a wet room which needed a few more safety grab rails

Lovely staff, great room with views of the beach but surprisingly quiet (top floor). Really comfortable bed and fan was helpful for hot evening. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back!
