Great little find, right by the beach. A little noisy if you need to open the bedroom windows though x

We had a 4th floor room which was great. Very spacious and with an amazing view.

Very nice beach front hotel - our room was massive with a lovely sea view, comfy bed, and nice feel to it, the only negative was the shower was slow to heat up - but was fine when it got going. Breakfast was pretty decent - the toasters were a bit slow, and the coffee wasn’t great but for the price couldn’t really complain. I would happily stay in the hotel again.

I stayed here with my 2 children and found it to be great for what we wanted. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The location was right opposite the west pier, about 10 min walk to the palace pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast so cant comment on that. But overall it was perfect for what we needed and great value for money.

Good location, friendly staff. Although the amenities aren't new, they're in good condition and clean, which is what matters. The beds are very comfortable.

Pet friendly but other hotels near by offer the same service so dont bother. I would not stay there again for free. It is very run down than it looks on line. On a very busy road, It was like four walls and a bed on the motor way. Staff are very casual and often absent from reception and service is poor, had to ask for complementary items as they were not refilled even in communal areas.

Great value for money. Good location. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. All staff really friendly and polite. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

It was actually a great stay. Great hostel, great vibe, very clean and comfortable beds. More hostel should be like this one.

Great location, clean smart room overlooking the beach. Parking in Brighton is expensive. We put the car in the car park next to the hotel for two nights at a cost of £60!

Don't be fooled by the outside! Lovely and quirky on the inside, clean comfortable rooms, friendly.and helpful staff, close to yje beach and cemtre. Few noisy neighbours but nothing major enough to complain!

The furniture in the room was all reclaimed wood. It looked great; much better than the usual dated and faded cheaper hotel look. I would have liked a TV in the room but that was the only negative.

Definitely not a chain type hotel. It had a quirky charm that was more hostel than hotel. That said, the room was clean and comfortable. The remarkable negative was the filthy windows… but great curtains that blocked early morning light. Breakfast was ok but nothing more
