My sister and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. We were digging the 1 bedroom condo vibes with a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Sure there were few dings on the walls but nothing that deterred us from staying there and let me tell you about the million dollar view!!! That was worth every penny right there. The sunrise is just breathtaking! The beach is beautiful and there is so much to do within walking distance. We will stay at the Yachtsman every time we visit Myrtle Beach, without a doubt!

We stayed in the South Tower. My understanding is that the North Tower is getting renovated currently. That treatment will be similarly due in the South Tower once they've finished that earlier work. Most noticeable and needed in bathroom with peeling walls/ ceiling stucco. On a different slant, notable positives: nearby covered parking was greatly appreciated and safe to get to, location was great, the view was top notch and the staff were universally friendly and helpful.

A little dated and not the greatest furnishings, no real balcony, but for short stays you have all you need, plenty of room, price was great for location. I'd definitely come back.

This property is very old dated and dilapidated. the rooms furniture was disgustingly dirty and I wouldn't dare sit on it. The stove was filthy, rusted and old, the microwave was not sanitary . the return vents were full of dust and dirt, the lampshades were dusty, the carpet was ripped and filthy. the bathroom faucet had no pressure the water trickled out. I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. It was horrible stay . we got in so late that we needed to sleep so we spent one night and demanded a refund for the other two nights. The hotel was nice enough and understanding to approve the refund . unfortunately I did not get back all my one key points I used . the pictures on Expedia are very deceiving and really this hotel should not be listed . i do not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never come back.

The room was a bit cramped but it was a nice room. There was only 3 handicap parking places. The staff was very nice and helpful. The description of the room wasn't clear. The room had a king size bed and then had a pullout double sofa bed, but also had another small room witha set of bunkbeds.

We have a big family so it is often hard to find a hotel big enough for us all. We got the presidential suite which was a 2 bedroom 2 bath. 2 Queen beds in one room, the King bed in the other. A full kitchen with a dining area as well as a nice sized living room. Recently renovated and the MOST comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a hotel. My family had a great time and we will definitely be back.

First of all, the view from the room was amazing! I am pretty sure that all rooms have that view. The room was clean, spacious and had a full array of kitchen appliances. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, my husband is disabled and uses a wheelchair. We booked an “Accessible” room, but there was very little room around the bed for either of us to get in it, and certainly not for his wheelchair, walker or bed rail. We made do with me helping him in and out of bed. The threshold on the room entrance was not accessible in a wheelchair, so we kept a walker by the door so he could get in. Also, the parking lots were not on property, the closest (always full) half a block away, and the next a full block. There were 3 disabled spaces right in front (often full) and about 10 “15 minute” spaces. We used one of those to park when getting my husband in and out of the car with me retrieving/returning the car from one of the lots. The bathroom was not accessible either, but we knew this ahead of time by checking with the hotel and brought our own assistive devices. We didn’t think to ask about the threshold or the space around the bed, since the room was listed as “Accessible”. When I mentioned these problems at checkout to the very nice person at the desk, she said that there were more accessible rooms, but they weren’t aware that we needed one, even though I had asked them about the bathroom at the time I booked. Nice hotel, but not ideal for the disabled.

Plumbing was a disaster, had been hearing them bang on and mess with plumbing all day.The sink in our kitchenette backfilled with disgusting water right as we were getting ready to leave for dinner. Husband went to tell staff as I had to bail water out of the sink to keep it from over flowing. The water eventually went down and we went to dinner while maintenance was going to come take a look. Came back from dinner to the entire kitchen floor flooded. Went back to the office and they had "maintenance" come look. He told us the flooding was not from the sink backfilling and overflowing (I watched this happen twice more while waiting for him) and blamed it on the dishwasher. He offered us a small stack of hand towels to clean up the mess ourselves. We had to go back down for more towels twice and were told housekeeping was locked so they couldnt even allow us to use a mop to clean the floor. We asked about switching rooms (It was about 10pm by this time) and were shut down. We were told if the flooding happened again to call security and they would call the property management. The building is older and obviously has some problems, but we were not impressed by thier response to the situation.

It was clean but old. It needs a lot of updating. When I booked I thought it was the Glass Tower and when We got there it was not. Was disappointed in that. If hey do so updates We may go back

Don’t waste your time. My ac didn’t work, I sent a text following direction from my welcome text, was never followed up on. Fortunately it got cold the next day so I just kept the balcony door open. Check in person was rude and very short with me, despite me being my nicest. Even heard her tell a caller they had no vacancy when YES was on the sign, as if she couldn’t be bothered. Tub had someone’s leftover pubes in it. Some lights in the room did not work. I soldiered thru bc I was there for business but I would never go back.
