Almost everything was great. From room space, clealiness, staff service, to location of the hotel near public metro rail. Only one thing I would like to mention is to offer more more food options in the cocktail area. We wanted to stay in and not eat out but only one kind of pizza was available.

Hotel and amenities were amazing!! Very friendly staff and very clean!!! The only thing we did not love was the parking - the lot was not attached to the property and you had a bit of a walk to get to your car! Other than that - great!!

Overall a great hotel, staff could be friendlier

Parking was a challenge... four minute walk away and twenty five extra dollars and not in the best neighborhood. Walls were chipping paint but overall the room was clean.

Cool funky and comfortable!

Everything about our stay was AMAZING — service was truly 10/10 and made our anniversary feel special. The only downside was the shower, which was unfortunately a bit unpleasant, especially in the corners with some old dirt and hair. Since it was a special trip, I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I did want to mention it. Other than that, the experience was wonderful and the staff was incredible!

Was a great hotel for family with two 13-year-olds. Was clean and had good amenities for the kids. The coffee shop across the street was great too!

I stayed at Aloft Hotel in St. Louis and overall, the experience was good. The hotel is well-located, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which made it convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, our stay was affected by late-night noise from people partying (I assume that was the case), which made it hard to sleep. While I understand this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, it did leave a less-than-ideal impression.

Our 2 night stay was pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfectly situated between the zoo and downtown. The only improvement would be the amount of linens. There was three of us in our party, but only one set of towels in our room. When asked for more, the service was promptly remediated.
