Stayed in a cabin for two nights. Check in is non contact, self key collection, make sure to check your email for instructions prior to arriving for instructions. Upon arrival there were issues with cleanliness, however once management was contacted, it was rectified very quickly, compensation was offered, but I was happy that the issues were dealt with and declined. No refund can be given due to booking through Expedia. Brenda, the manager is lovely, professional yet kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately the beds are hard and uncomfortable as you can feel the springs in the mattress. I brought my own pillows which was definitely needed as the ones provided are in poor condition. It’s close to everything but you are on a main highway, so traffic sound is unavoidable which I was aware of. Reasonable rates but there is room for improvement as being advertised as a ‘deluxe cabin’ style accommodation.

I stayed here for 2 night and it was Beautiful, clean equipment and clean rooms and clean kitchen and bathrooms. It was good staying here and it was worth it, I came from all the way from Sydney and I was hoping it’s a good cabin and it was amazing.

Couldn't sleep in bed as bed frame didn't seem safe and ants all over kitchen bench had to clean any dishes before use

Unable to use shower due to it being broken the day we arrived, was put in a different venue for the first night due to no water in the room, they didnt have a room similar to put us in and it being so last minute we stayed.

Our front door didn't lock properly, but we were given towels when asked.

Will come back again

The Room was clean the cabin was well set out. Very uncomfortable seating in the rooms lounge and chairs obviously for looks not comfort and very cheap rubbish. The cabin was nice the caravan park was not the best it needs a lot of work and maintenance, other accommodation looked shoddy and grounds not well maintained. No friendly personnel on site and everything done via mobile phone. Not a secure caravan park where you felt safe.

Cabin was clean Didnt like that the highway was so close for noise. Didnt see any staff throughout my entire stay as it was on the weekend.

This was a great place to stay especially for quiet and privacy and cleanliness but the only contact i had with staff was over the phone. A little weird.

Never stay hear again. It was dirty, grubbing just gross all round. Isn’t even worth the 1star is more like minus 2 stars

Neat and Tidy Cabin for two nights, 2 bed rooms, 2 singles, 1 queen. All the facilities were there. Air Conditioned. Separate Toilet to the shower cubical. Patio out front. On main highway, so bit of traffic noise.

There were cockroaches, cockroach poop all through the cutlery drawer and cutlery was dirty

Cabin was good except no hot water , toilet and shower need upgrade , just felt unclean. Ok for over night but probably won’t stay again . Staff were friendly and helpful

The whole room got a smell , the floor is dirty with white particles, the showers tap is tapped and leaking . The room is near the roadside and can hear trucks passing by middle of the night
