The location is within the mall area. Cleanliness is good, and front desk service is also excellent. However, I did notice that the Cleo bottle of water in the room wasn't sealed, but it was full. It's unclear whether it was refilled by a gallon of water or by a previous customer. This area needs special attention.

So far so good. The staff is friendly, and the room is ready to be cleaned daily. I just didn't expect the mineral water in the room, other than the glass bottle, to be priced at 15,000 Rupiah per bottle, paid upon checkout. Furthermore, access to the hotel's car park is difficult due to the mall's operating hours. Unless you're willing to walk to the upper floor parking lot, you can still park for free. By the way, hotel guests can park for free by showing a ticket stamped by the hotel receptionist.

The staff was friendly and polite, the room and toilet were clean, and the surroundings were safe and comfortable. The only thing lacking in lighting was the lack of a main light or central light, so only small lamps, like nightlights, were used, leaving the room dim.

Friendly staff, easy access. There are also many coffee shops and food stalls nearby. Please note, coffee and water are chargeable, so be sure to confirm upon check-in. Because it's close to work, this hotel is a great choice. The price is also affordable and the room is always cleaned, even if you don't ask for it.

The location is strategic because it's inside a mall. Don't expect high amenities, as they're commensurate with the price. The room was uncomfortable, and it was very noisy from 10 PM until almost midnight due to a project upstairs, with the sound of drilling and hammering. It continued the next morning. I couldn't rest, and management could only apologize; there were no solutions. The room looked clean, but the bathroom odor permeated the bedroom.
