This was the worst place I ever stayed and the service horrible

Clean and comfy

There was crumbs all over the room including in the bathroom….middle blanket was dirty…not stained but dirty….i was told a blanket on the bed gets reused without being washed….that is disgusting…we have no way of knowing what took place on the blanket…THAT NEEDS TO STOP! Change everything on the bed…really made for an uncomfortable stay!

We stayed a whole week and they never once cleaned our room. We had to inquire about fresh towels and toilet paper refill. Room was small, no coffee maker, very noisy when persons were above us in third floor room. The shower had missing and moldy caulking. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend

It is an older property and could use a good cleaning.

Great breakfast including Lavazza coffee! Appreciated a water bottle refilling station near the workout room. Comfortable overnight rooms. Really appreciated the hooks to hang up coats and the open shelving to makes sure we didn't leave anything when we left. Loved that there wasn't carpeting! There was a dirty towel left in our room hanging behind the bathroom door and the shampoo was empty in the shower. We were able to go to the front desk and they brought us more. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Need to have more channels on the tv The mirrors need to be cleaned with windex they were so smeared Need more variety of food for breakfast

Bathroom floor had not been cleaned in ages. Nail clippings on floor. Landed up wiping it down myself using a towel and some cleaning from housekeeping cart. Won’t stay at a Tru property again. Way too expensive even if it was clean.

Even though the hotel is rather newer however it’s already starting to go downhill, room smells musky, towels worn out and smelled like dog pee, pillows worn out shower had mold

Good hotel, but you can hear every sound coming from the rooms next door and they can hear you!
