I had a wonderful stay at the Lanven Art House when visiting Hualien. The room was clean and very spacious, with a huge soft bed, and lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub (perfect to unwind after a day at Taroko Gorge). The central location is great, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, and only about 10 minutes walk to the night market. Despite the location, noise was not a concern. What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality shown by the property owners. They were so welcoming and accommodating during our stay, which really helped make our trip that much more enjoyable.

My friend fell on the bathroom floor Because the floor was super slippery. They did not have any anti slippery mat in the shower. She injured her left arm and went to the emergency at late night. It was a horrible experience. The host did refund her both night room fees but it doesn’t matter, my friend will need to have a long period therapy. I would hope all the vendors will think about safety first than just having a pretty tile floor.

房間寬敞，衛生乾淨，有電梯很加分， 民宿位在鬧區的巷子內，去哪都很方便，附近餐廳超多。

民宿地點在市中心很棒，吃逛走路都能到，民宿也有腳踏車可以借，至於清潔部分，房間地板跟桌面沒有灰塵是乾淨的，不過洗澡時蓮蓬頭出水的地方看似生鏽（還是發霉？），睡覺時掀開棉被又發現棉被內一大片污漬⋯⋯，第一次遇到入住跟退房都是外傭在登記與收退房鑰匙，也算是特別的經驗了。
