Super close to the trains. Lots of dining options nearby. Clean and quiet.

The staff was friendly and the accomodations were clean and efficient. Very close to Oji station. The breakfasts were tasty and very healthy. The staff did not speak much english, but we managed just fine. Excellent dining options very close. Overall, great value for the money.

The hotel is very utilitarian but clean and efficient. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. If you are lookimg for basic lodging close to a train station and good restaurants (all Japanese language) - this is a very good option at a very reasonable price.

The room itself was nice and rather spacious for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast buffet was not to our liking, although the Japanese guests seemed to be enjoying it. Also, the city of Oji doesn't really have a lot going for it, so the dining and entertainment options were limited. Not bad for a short stay.

My second time to stay at this clean and bright, conveniently located hotel. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

エレベーターのカードタップは仕方ないとは思いますがアプリ連動でタップ出来ればわざわざカードを持つ煩わしさが無くなると感じる。 宿泊予約時に駐車場確保出来るか？の画面が欲しかった。 スマホの充電器があれば良かった。

無料の朝食が　良かったらしいです。 味付けご飯が嬉しかったそうです。 コーヒーも無料であったとのこと

東横innクオリティが正しく機能しているホテル

朝飯はただで良いです。食べるところがフロント前なのは場所がないのでしょうがないですが、、、あと横の公園に遅くまで学生がたむろってるのが気になりますね。別にうるさいとかそういうのではないのですが。

スタッフの方の接客が非常によかったです。

実家が近いため家族連れで帰省する際に利用しており数回目の利用だったが、毎回スタッフの方、特に女性のスタッフさんが愛想よく要領もよく案内してくださる。また帰省の際には利用させていただきます。
