Great hotel only a short walk from the beach and old town. This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Will definitely use on next visit to San Sebastián. Don’t miss the breakfast, one of the best.

So pleased with this hotel set right in the middle of the old and new town. This hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so attentive. The bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily. The only fault I could find in the room was the hairdryer and next time I’d bring my own! There’s a lift to a back door taking you into the centre. The rooftop terrace with pool had stunning views but was closed during our stay due to the weather. We used the spar which was basic but enjoyable for an hour. We only booked breakfast for our last day and were glad we hadn’t for the duration. There’s a lovely cafe/patisserie 400yds out of the back door of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Clean and beautiful hotel - room has great view of the city and hills, easy access to the city center through private elevator access. Lively city scene with neighborhood bars, cafes, shopping. Old town is within 15min walk with many options of tapas bars.

Great hotel and great staff

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is spotless, and you can really see the attention to detail in the cleanliness and maintenance throughout. The facilities are modern, well-kept, and very pleasant, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was in perfect condition—spacious, quiet, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything about the hotel was very well done and exceeded my expectations. I did not have the opportunity to try the food since it was not included in my reservation, so I cannot comment on that aspect. However, everything else was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and service.

Breakfast was surprisingly fresh. Clean gym and bar accessibility made it easy to get comfortable. Interior aesthetic was phenomenal.

Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend.

A beautiful hotel in a brilliant location, especially with the lift taking you down into the town, we loved everything about it.

I’d like to start by saying how excellent the service was. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made it their personal missions to make sure we had then best time. They were kind, charismatic and charming all in one package. They all had knowledge of the products they sold and the city they were in. Our trip to San Sebastián was made so special thanks to these guys. We stayed in a suite during this time which was such a gorgeous space. A living room with a separate bathroom and a bedroom. An affordable mini bar and water amenities. The bathroom was a gorgeous space too with the dimmed mirror lights to match the dimmed LED lights in the living room and bedroom. Our suite also had excellent air conditioning and was regularly cleaned to immaculate standards. The indoor pool/spa was an excellent space to relax too, one wet and one dry sauna, a small cold pool and a larger warmer relaxing pool and my personal favourite, the scented showers. We had an amazing time at the hotel and would one huddled percent return.
