Great room- clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel and Intercity delivered 100%. Very friendly and helpful staff (reception and bar). Welcomed my dog with treats. Lovely, clean room, great location. Very happy customer. Thank you.

The room was clean. Area around the hotel walkable, lot of dining options. Staff helpful. Breakfast available, parking available.

Very nice hotel community located to the train station however, there are a lot of homeless people hanging out under the bridge near the hotel and around my hotel

The standard of the room certainly does not live up to the price you have to pay. The rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request it — in my opinion, this should be a given, and I also feel that I’ve paid enough for at least the room to be cleaned. The bathroom ventilation is extremely noisy, and you can very clearly hear when other guests in the hotel use the toilet, for example, on the floor above.

Service, Ausstattung, Komfort und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Perfekt wäre noch die Bereitstellung eines Wasserkochers und ein zweites Kopfkissen.

Hotel staff was kind except of one lady. She was She was very rude and made me feel bad.

The hotel location was excellent with parking possibility. Room was clean and nice. Dogs were welcome.

Ist es heutzutage nicht mehr üblich, von der Rezeption NICHT mit einem "Guten Tag, herzlich Willkommen, hatten Sie eine angenehme Anreise" begrüßt zu werden. Stattdessen nur ein kurzes "Hallo, ja bitte?" , anschließend minutenlanges Klimpern auf der PC-Tastatur und dann wieder "Sie haben Zimmer XXXX, Fahrstuhl ist um die Ecke". Der Check out war genauso einsilbig. Positiv zu erwähnen, ist die Nähe zum Hannover Hauptbahnhof. Der Ausblick aus meinen Zimmer war sehr schön.

Great hotel

Nice hotel just north of the train station. Bar shuts early (around 11.30pm). Good value for money.

Close to central station where a lot of homeless people near by.

Very handy to the train station and attractions. Rooms tasteful and modern, comfortable bed and mini bar fridge provided.
