The BEST community condominium property I’ve ever stayed at . Ground are amazing, the condos are perfectly clean comfortable and styled. Only drawbacks are parking, the lot is far from most units but they do have a shuttle

Unfortunately the place has changed so much since my last visit and the manager is never able to fix any issues plus the front desk is very cold and cutting to solve any issues. It took us over 4 to get are rooms that the last night it rained so hard that our first floor got flooded and the front desk didn’t even care

Great staff and Villa was in good shape but the kitchen could be better equipped. The shared pool was pretty good, food was good but a little overpriced, coffee could be better too. Guatemala has great coffee.

Clean and comfort

the property was amazing, everything was clean, well exept for the little ants that were everywhere in bathrooms and kitchen counter, the drinks at the main pool were very good but the staff specially the waitresses were not friendly we ask for drinks twice and the first time it took around an hour to get them, the second time we never had them we have to go around directly to the bar and get them

Great location, beautiful and well-designed villas, gorgeous clean and private beach. The only downside is that you have to share the pool with other villas (that part is ok) but it is not ok when other guests are being disrespectful and playing loud music after midnight. We told reception but they did nothing about it. You do need to sign a waiver where you acknowledge to be quiet after 10 pm (it said 8 pm but they told me 10 pm afterward) but it seemed to be ignored, by the loud people and the staff. I walked past other villas and they seemed to have the same situation. So, if you want a quiet and relaxing time, I'd probably look elsewhere. If you are booking through Expedia, make sure you call them before arriving to let them know because they don't have a centralized booking system therefore they didn't have our reservation ready and we had to wait to be let in.

The property is beautiful. Perfect for families. Comfortable and safe.

The place is great. There is an ant and mosquito problem. I understand where it’s located, but the mosquitoes were unbearable.

This place is under a lot of construction. There are very little safety features. My uncle fel in the pool because all the edges are angled. There are no handicap or bars to help into pools. Stairs in place very slipery and i cut myself hold on to the only bar they have. There is no manual to what is in the condo so it is hard to figure out lights tv and so forth. Lights outside of private pools do not work. People are very friendly and try accommodate as best as possible but even though it is very pretty be cautious it is not very safe.

Staff could use a little more training in customer service and friendliness. The property was excellent!

The villas were clean and comfortable. The pool outside the patio was a plus and convenient to swim in. You can lounge or eat right by the pool. The large pool was beautiful and clean. Loved to watch the sunset. What I didn’t like was that access to the beach was closed off and there was a lot of construction going on at the time. When we arrived, we asked for large bowls and were told they didn’t have any. The next day we asked to borrow a large skillet and again they said we were only allowed to use what was in the kitchen. I was asking to borrow, not take a skillet. The front desk told me there should be pans in the kitchen, even after I explained that I needed a bigger pan to cook breakfast for my family. Then I was told maid service would be notified and no one ever showed up. They claim to have a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for kitchen supplies but limit you with small dishes and will not go out of their way to get you the necessities yet you will pay a hefty price to stay here, albeit there were many empty villas. Also, the service at the bar was very slow. It took 20 minutes to get a margarita! Finally, we were not able to connect our Roku to the Wifi. Overall, this would be an excellent place to stay in if they improved their service.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal muy amable y servicial. En esta oportunidad no habían suficientes toallas en la villa, tuvimos que pedir más, en la mañana estaban trabajando en el jardín y el ruido era insoportable, y la peor decepción es que quitaron la salida directa al mar. Aun así es un lugar muy bonito y recomendado.

It was beautiful but repeatedly had to contact staff about villa issues such as no internet access, restroom leakage and rain entering one of the bedrooms. Staff was only responsive to our needs after several calls

Like almost everything only that the villas have the minimal things in the kitchen you have to bring even utensils and paper towels, water also they don’t Ofer filtered water. Location is great and we like the option that you can eat in the restaurant where the food is delicious if you don’t feel like cooking in the villa.

I enjoyed my stay here. There are a few maintenance issues that could be upgraded but overall very nice.

My Family and I were very satisfied at the Villa. Very clean, the beds and sheets are very comfortable. The air conditioning cools very nice. The personnel is very polite and helpful. Thank you. I am looking forward to many more stays.
