Overall the hotel is great, staff is friendly food at their restaurant. Only major disappointment is that they gave us smoking rooms. I would have never imagined that in 2025 we would need to specify we need a non-smoking room.

It was an awesome hotel, highly encouraged. Clean and neat. I liked the onsen-style public bath and breakfast.

Hotel was all right, but I was given a smoking room and the smell was really bad on the 1st day to the point that I has some problem sleeping. On the 2nd day, some of the smell has dissipated and it was more bearable. The free parking is a plus as I was using a rental car.

Excellent Hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delightful and the room was comfortable.

Had a room with view of Mt. Fuji so Majestic had a convenience store close by and MacDonald's

Everything was perfect! The spacious room, the public bath, tasty and healthy breakfast and the car park. I’ll certainly go back!

駐車場スペースの広さにビックリでした。 車で宿泊する場合はホテル内にレストランも併設されていて、利便性も含め最適でした。

駅からは離れているが、館内も風呂も綺麗でした。部屋も広く、とても良かったです。

1階のエレベーターホールに靴磨き機があって？とても感心しました。

晩ごはんを外で食べるのが面倒だったのでホテル内で食べられて助かった。

新しくてアメニティも全てあって良かった。

服務很好，房間看得到富士山🗻附近機能雖然沒有非常熱鬧，但是對面有Lawson，走個5分鐘就有麥當勞和7-11，飯店一樓餐廳有供應餐。整體來說很適合商務住宿。

外国からのお客様の宿泊に利用させて頂きました。快適で 今回泊まった どのホテルよりよかったとの評を得ました。 予約して良かったです。

チェックインの時もう少し笑顔があれば嬉しい。朝食のスタッフが私が手を伸ばすタイミングでティッシュを触るので、ただ触るだけならお客さん優先にして欲しい。他は問題なくいつも通りのルートイン。
