I will start this by saying the two desk employees that I interacted with were very pleasant. The good stops there. This hotel is a bait and switch. The pictures you see of the entrance are accurate...very nice looking. Once you walk 100 feet past the entrance, the actual air quality changes and you realize this place is not what it is presented to be. For the sake of space, I will list out the issues that I had - Holes in the bathroom walls. Missing cabinet handles in the kitchen area. Unclean linens in the bathroom. Broken window blinds. Kitchen faucet not attached to the counter. No wares in the kitchen (plates, cups, paper towels, utensils, etc...) Cigarette burn holes in the sheets on the bed (in a non smoking room) No ironing board in room. Broken lock on front door. Unsecured doors at all side entrances to the property. Drug use by occupants. I could go on...(honestly, there is more to the list...), but that should give you an idea of what this property is. The pictures you see are a complete mis-representation of what the experience is. If you are traveling alone and need a place to crash for a few hours... then this is an option. This is not a place for families or a base of operations for a vacation.

When I checked in I was informed I had to pay a $100.00 deposit the room was $90.00 I had a king size bed but the pillows were the size of chick lets like a foot square.

Staff not at the desk when I arrived. Waiting 20 minutes before they returned. Used the bathroom in lobby that had no toilet paper or paper towels. Trash piled in a hallways. Burn on the bedding on my bed. Would have never stayed if I didn’t arrive so late and have no other options.

The Wifi is so bad that they shouldnt even advertise that they offer it.Gnat swarms in the bathroom.Throw pillows on the beds are just throw pillows from a sofa in pillow cases.The shower or the toilet leaked water all over the floor.Very noisy.Could hear loud music off and on all night.Horriable place.I would rather sleep on a park bench next time

When i arrived...the room was overbooked and they said they had called me. Unfortunately i was driving so when i didnt call back them back they assumed i was not coming even though it was before check in and charged me. So because of that i did not have the option to fond another place. So i could only get two rooms with kings instead of what i had reserved. Then because i had a pet i was sequestered to the old part of the hotel. It was dirty, there was drug use, there was fighting all night. It really was quite disgusting. It was dog friendly yet there were poisonous ant traps in the bath. My poor elderly relatives. Never, ever again!

I attempted to check in as planned with my service dog. They denied me the right to do that unless I had “ID” for him. Service animals are not issued “ID”. Not to mention the hotel advertises itself as ‘pet friendly’ and they even claimed they are not even that! Regardless—-service animals can’t be denied access.

Suppose to be a smoke free property but as soon as you walk in the lobby all I could smell was cigarettes. That’s was a major turn off. Poor directions as to where the elevated was located so I had to end up taking the stairs with two large bags, a infant child in career and two toddlers walking behind me up a flight of stairs then down super long halls. Then I get to the room it appears to be clean until I took a close look at the bed sheets. If it wasn’t for me having my small children I would have left immediately. We’re not even gone discuss the bathroom! We ended up not even using that just terrible.

It was disgusting the whole hallway smelled of feet and the room smelled just as bad. I booked two separate rooms and my friends room stank too. Had to go get spray and had to respray many times.

We booked and paid online through Expedia as we always do for our company and when we arrived the hotel charged so many additional fees it was crazy. We had cockroaches in our rooms, rooms were filthy and worn down, our heater didn’t work only blew air out-no heat, we had to request towels numerous times, were charged for our registered service dog, the website said they offered continental breakfast, no breakfast.. this place was a joke!! Horrible!!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds for 3 people and 2 small dogs. On arrival got a room with a king size bed to share with my wife and friend. Asked lobby to get us another room for next day, NOT even a single effort was made towards a new accommodation for what we paid for. We should get a half refund at least. Bed had stained sheets and torn comforter, smelled moldy inside the room plus cigarette hallway smell very strong. Broken toilet seat and flush handle. Shower water pressure was really low. Overall NOT a very pleasant experience, will never recommend or stay at this place. Red Roof should close down operations at this location.
