Loved our stay. The hotel staff was very warm and friendly and the property is delectable.

The location is prime. Central and on a pedestrian street. The decoration and overall vibe of the hotel is beautiful and lively in the best possible way. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfy.

Bra läge, fin rum, skön säng och trevlig ”spa” som är värt att boka. Frukost serveras i ”gården” och kan bli högljud. Service var inte på tårna vid vår besök och det var flera missar som gjordes, fel mat, glömda beställningar, spilld vätska osv.

Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice. The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers trying to get some sleep while traveling.

Hotellet är toppen och jättefint. Det som drar ner betyget är upplevelsen i Spaavdelningen där vi bokat bastudelen för oss själva under 45 min. När vi kom in var det 1 cm vatten över hela golvet, soffan var rejält täckt med kaksmulor samt även golvet. Därtill så fanns det bara varmvatten i duschen då temperaturvredet var trasigt. Således hade ingen städat innan vår tid vilken man kan förvänta sig på ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Därtill var en av två bastudelar avstängd, detta fick vi dock info om i receptionen. Således blev det en högst medioker upplevelse i spadelen vilket förvånade oss. Bästa hälsningar, Niklas

My son and enjoyed our stay. The property, staff and location were all excellent. Stockholm is wonderful and the hotel is located near the Old Town and other areas of interest. The immediate area is quaint with high quality shopping and dining. Staff was incredible especially Malin the reservation manager/concierge as well as the restauarant staff

Location excellent. Breakfast wonderful. The rooms are lovely -although small.

Villa Dagmar might’ve been my favorite hotel on my 17 day European vacation. Its location is excellent, the staff were super friendly, the restaurant and bar were so cute and filled with nice looking, and what i would presume to be higher end clientele. When i told locals or other people around Stockholm I was staying here, people raised their eyebrows like it was a Very Nice hotel. And it sure was! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and very good services

A great hotel all around. Location, staff, comfort all first class. Also ate dinner at the restaurant which was also superb. Made the reservation without much knowledge and was very happy we did. Highly recommend!

A very nice hotel. The bar is a bit loud in the middle evenings if you’re looking for an early night I’d stay somewhere else. The spa is excellent. Breakfast is gorgeous.

Great location but expect so much more from a luxury hotel like for example professional and experienced staff in restaurant and clean or no carpet floors in the rooms

I was promised an upgrade, and had a confirmation sent by mail. When we arrived, the reception staff were not particularly friendly – they came across as snobbish and seemed completely uninterested in us as guests. When we arrived in our room there was a not on the bed welcoming a mother guest (not my namn)

We had a nightmare with the phone system, over and over. Due to the road construction we couldn’t find address- they do not answer the phone I called 9 times including standing in the lobby showing the girl . the bellman called in sick, we had to carry in 8 bags from a block and a half away. I used to sell big phone switches and do not understand what the problem was. I called twice around 9 at nite and got through. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us to a suite, very nice of them. I tried calling when we got lost, again ,no phone answer. U get prompts to English, they’d hit reception which rings until u gut disconnected.very very upsetting. Other than the phone mess we would maybe stay again although Grand Hotel has been our favorite for 40 years.
