Très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée. L'hôte d'accueil est aimable et très serviable. Même accueil le matin pour le petit déjeuner . La chambre est très pratique , propre et le confort est appréciable.

Absolutely worst experience ever. At midnight tellinge to stay out in cold and pay again for an already paid booking. Then 20 mins later they realise their mistake and let me in. Feels like fraudsters, absolutely no apologies from staff

Impossible to register on the machine outside as registration number not provided. Not a good start after a long journey. No staff available in person only option trying to explain, in a foreign language, over the intercom. We won’t be stopping again.

Service réactif et attentionné alors que l'on ne s'y attend pas dans ce genre de chaîne d'hôtel. Rapport qualité-prix bon. Localisation difficile à identifier par les gps (l'hôtel n'est pas dans le parc d'activités mais en face et à l'abri des regards). Proximité des musées (trains, électricité) et des accès routiers donc facile

Très bien, le lit est confortable. La chambre est propre. Juste les horaires de réception sont un peu complexes pour une arrivée en après-midi. Cependant le service client est très rapide et efficace.

A hotel szép és tiszta, a szoba jó , és kényelmes. A szobában hideg volt, nem volt komfort érzet. A személyzet kedves volt.

Odalar çok temiz, personal ilgili ve yardımcı. Sadece otele check-in’iniz olmadan giremiyorsunuz ama hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Tramwaya yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede ama yine de arabalı daha rahat kalınacak bir yer.

Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer und musste im Auto schlafen. Ich hatte keinen Zugangscode und die Telefonnummer und die Notfallklingel funktionierten nicht. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück!
