5 stars. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The atmosphere in the hotel is family, the entire staff is very friendly and very helpful. Laura, the owner of the hotel, left a special impression on us. On the day of checkout, we asked her how to call a taxi that would bring us from the thermal baths to Imola. Laura suggested to took us in her van to Imola and did not want to charge us anything.

I stayed at this hotel in Riolo Terme, right in front of the castle, in a truly picturesque location. The property is rated three stars and overall lives up to this standard: some details regarding the rooms and furnishings could be improved or updated, but the experience was nevertheless pleasant. The strong point is definitely the staff: kind, friendly, and always available to help, they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is good and quite varied, with options to please a wide range of tastes. A simple yet welcoming hotel, ideal for those seeking a quiet stay in a characteristic location.

A remarkable location, a structure that would be fantastic if renovated. However, the air conditioning doesn't work (it was later fixed), the showers are tiny, the furniture is from the 1960s, the beds are small, the mattresses uncomfortable, and the rooms are tiny. On the other hand, the staff is very helpful.

The only thing that's beautiful is the location, the place is awful, the breakfast food is very poor, the rooms are tiny with peeling walls, in one bed I found hair that wasn't mine, don't go there
