Central location, amiable, polite staff, restaurant. Room clean, location quiet.

Nice renovated property. Friendly staff. Restaurant was poor. Window AC unit was noisy and prevented us from sleeping.

Helpful staff, spacious clean room, the Parlour inn restaurant is always great, food, atmosphere, staff always great.

Great team at reception. Very friendly and engaging. We were super early but able to get checked in and leave bags for later. Cleaning crew did a great job on the room each day; also very friendly folks and accomodating on when to make up the room as we were in and out throughout the day - room was spotless each time. Definitely returning here on our next trip.

Excellent location, walked to everything including the theatres and restaurants. Vintage style building, excellent staff, room was well appointed and very clean. Had a soaker tub, if older it could be hard to get into, but my daughter loved it. Restaurant onsite and a nice little outdoor patio. Free parking. Overall a great property.

Nicely appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Coffee available in the rooms as well as in the lobby in the morning. Our room was in the older part, on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure was low when using the shower

Great service and a beautifully maintained property. The location is also great - walking to Patterson and Avon theatres.

Experienced a power outage due to storm - had to walk up to the 3rd floor in the dark due to lack of emergency lighting

I wish you had simpler items on your menu, more choices for breakfast excluding the meats, it's a lovely bar and the staff is very nice all around the hotel, we would definitely stay with you again.

The Parlour experienced a cable outage and our tv wasn’t working, so it was upsetting as we couldn’t watch the soccer games in the evening. The front desk advised us we had free on demand movies to make up for this issue however our tv remote stopped working so we could not watch anything. The front desk staff member Sherri, really tried to accommodate us, even on our last evening offered to move us but it was more effort to move than just stay the last night in the same room. Then we experienced a problem with our A/C and they called in an HVAC company and it was fixed while we went out for dinner. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Avon Theatre. Complimentary shuttle van to Festival Theatre. Room was clean and well-supplied (including bathrobes, Nespresso coffee machine.

Absolutely lovely staff. An older property showing its age a bit, but still very clean. Had some trouble controlling the air conditioner, which had contradictory instructions on the unit and the wall. But otherwise a very nice stay. Appreciated having quite a large fridge in the room.

Room was clean and neat. This year we stayed on the third floor; i found the water pressure lacking and the shower surround was tipped out so water gathered on the floor. The toilet seat was loose which presented a challenge to stand up from. The in-room nspresso machine worked fine but, they really be cleaned and, tried not to think too hard on what might be happening with the inner-workings. The ambiance of the dining room is quaint, the food and service was excellent as always however, the portions smaller than last year. The staff were friendly and eager to serve. I love the locale and it’s super easy to enjoy the downtown fare.
