The prepared breakfast was not warm and the fruit was not clean.

I was bluntly told by one of the manager, that this hotel is a 3 stars hotel ... I believe the hotel deserve only 3 stars... There are little access to staffs other than having to ring the bell. But what was the most disappointing was that we were suppose to change room on Sunday after a 2nd night stay, ( our stay was 6 days), but we never were switched as promised. Our room was noisy, on the 1st floor, facing the front of the hotel. Also, the staff that cleaned our room, constantly turned off our AC , therefore when we came home it was always stuffy, and hot, and to boot, we had to ask the authorization to open the window. We had to do it twice during our stay. Also the room was fairly clean, it was however very small. Maybe the other rooms are larger. The breakfast was OK, not great! there was a lot of left over food from the buffet of the evening before. IE cheese.

Everything was ok. Staff could have been more helpful.

Okay for one night, not longer. Breakfast is an overpriced disaster - better go to McDonalds nearby.

We stayed as a stopover on our way to Switzerland and to pick up family from Geneva airport. Couldn’t eat at the superb restaurant as it was undergoing work so that was disappointing but we were guided to an Italian restaurant that was excellent. Hotel is amazing everything you need for a one night stay. Highly recommend

I assumed the hotel, being near the airport, would be open 24/7 but it's not the case. I couldn't make it there before 22:00 H and lost my reservation which is not refundable!

The hotel wasn't terrible but it was far from airport, taxi cost a grip and theres barely anything around. Hotel is in an industrial area.

Hôtel moderne. Très bon confort de la chambre. Petit dejeuner varié et copieux mais aucun personnel présent à ce moment-là, ni à la réception.

The hotel itself is ok for one night. The room is large and bathroom too. Clean enough. Good bed. Some noise from the autoroute. The area is really sad, industrial all around. Free parking is a plus. The owner runs the buffet restaurant Seazen next door which is a bargain and fair quality

This hotel is 3 star and it’s too far from GENEVA nearly 50 minutes by bus and also buses are limited. We booked standerd double but there was no table, no tea or coffee facilities. Even reception said they have community room but every time we went there to make tea there was no milk and nobody we saw around to ask for milk. Breakfast are very limited need to upgrade. Housekeeping is good I would say but stuff also very good especially reception lady. She always smiles and try to help us as much as she can. In TV only you can watch local channel no wifi connection. I would say this hotel 2 star. Need to upgrade a lot.

Stayed overnight to collect family the following day from Geneva airport. Very clean but basic. Easy walk to shopping centre. Great restaurant next door.

The restaurant and bar was rude.

Do not let ‘Woods’ make you think the hotel is in a tranquil rural setting. Next to a cement mixing plant, an extremely busy buffet restaurant and a main motorway does not allow for lie ins!

We didn’t enjoy our experience at the Woods Hotel. We had issues with a smelly room to start, although once reported we were swapped immediately. However, the room we was given had dirty sheets and when we requested for the room to be made up, we returned to find the same dirty sheets, but the bed has been made. In our opinion, the restaurant next door seemed very lively and was good value for money. However, it seems that the management of the hotel spend all of their time and effort at the restaurant neglecting the hotel and its guests. The reception area was regularly unattended with nobody available to speak to. You would ring the bell consistently wait for 1015 minutes and then just give up. We expressed disappointment to the hotel manager, but he was very this interested and almost laughed us off.
