Great location right by the Okaido shopping street. The hotel itself is a small, clean business hotel, and the price was really reasonable — perfect for a quick stay while traveling. The room is small, but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Overall, a solid budget-friendly option if you just need a simple and convenient place to stay.

Lovely hotel all round

Friendly and considerate staff. Great location.

Modern and well thot thru rooms. Breakfast was excellent - I like how proud they are to introduce their local delicacies. Like sea bream (tai) rice and Kagawa prefecture’s Sanuki udon. The warabi mochi and cheese cake desserts were delicious too. Next to okaido with lots of food options and the main shopping area and the okaido tram station, and a few minutes walk to the ropeway to matsuyama castle. Loved the stay!

Convenient location in the centre of Matsuyama and right in front of the airport shuttle to and from Matsuyama airport. The Okaido tram stop is also right in front so you can get to Dogo Onsen area and Matsuyama castle is just a walk away behind the hotel. Good if you need a hotel that’s easily accessible. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. My one complaint is you could see dust buildup on the ceiling where the air conditioner blows air. The vent in the washroom was also very dusty. There were also some dirty splatter spots on the curtains.

Front desk was working deligiently to resolve my last minute car rental needs by calling around places. They helped with booking restaurants and my changing schedules. Mattera were handled professionally

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Excellent and responsive staff. Quick check in, and check outs. Lots of free amenities, including bath oil. Would stay in again when im back in matsuyama. Thank you for taking care of me. Arigatou!

Nice hotel. Surrounded by lots of shopping and dining places. Has a bus stop nearby. Train station is a few minutes away.

Facilities seem relatively new, rooms were impeccably clean, services were great, but most importantly, all of this were available at a reasonable price.

It is very closed to the main shopping area. The rooms are clean, well equipped and thoughtful. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to my friends if they visit Matsuyama.

The bath and toilet were separate, which was very nice.

Definitely one of the best business style, budget friendly options in Japan. !!! However, if you forget anything in your room after checking out, don’t expect to get it back. Speaking from experience.
