Speaking from the perspective of someone in the hotel business, this was a terrible experience. Upon check-in at 10:00 PM, they demanded an additional 500 THB key deposit, which wasn't mentioned in the app. The phone numbers provided, both in the app and at the reception, were unreachable; the security guard had to contact them via LINE to discuss the deposit terms. According to the check-out report, check-out time was 11:30 AM, but at 11:00 AM, staff knocked on the door while I was showering and getting ready, and appeared to attempt to unlock the door. I had to rush out and shout that I was still getting ready. This was extremely threatening and unacceptable behavior. When I returned the key, they said there would be an additional 100 THB charge, even though I checked out at 11:28 AM. The reception stated that the check-out time was 11:00 AM according to the hotel's terms and conditions, not 11:30 AM as stated in the app. I urge the app to investigate this matter, as inquiries reveal that this type of behavior has occurred with several other customers.
