Love the quiet ambiance, also the staff were very friendly and accommodating here.

Masya Allah.. an extraordinary experience.. one day I will return to Sheraton Belitung.. the beach is clean.. white.. blue sea.. the hotel interior is attractive.. a combination of modern and classic styles with natural materials... makes the eyes more comfortable.. only suggestion is to improve the quality of the food and adapt it to the local tongue.. I stayed for 2 nights but the taste was flat

Clean room, cold AC, natural environment, buggy car to go around the resort, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is nice and fresh. My kids love it here.

Beyond by my expectation, all staffs very attentive, helpful and friendly. Beach view is so beautiful and the room is clean. Will be back next time explore more around the island and recommended to my friend.

Receiption desk check in service is too slow, we wait for more than 1hour for room preparation. And restorant service is too slow as well, we wait for almost 50 minutes after we ordered, until the first dish came, and it was pizza which should be mostly time taking. And during the waiting, no one come to us and do any service. For dinner, we tried to order some wine, most of menu is sold out.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan, ramah-ramah semuanya. Hanya saja lama sekali pelayanan Pesanan makanan ke kamar. Saat hari pertama menginap sampai 2 jam kami menunggu makanan datang. Di maklum mungkin karena ada event. Ech ternyata di hari ke 3 kami menginap, pesan makanan juga hampir 1 jam kami menunggu baru datang. Saran saja mungkin sebaiknya sdm di F&B nya di latih lagi biar lebih sat sett, karena pelayanan omellet saat breakfast juga luamaa sekali.

Amazing hotel and excellent services, the staffs really put extra miles to fulfill your every needs. Rooms were at prime condition, clean, new, big, AC was so nice and cold. Private beach has the softest white sand and the clear blue water was clean and warm. There wasn't much ocean view though, all you can see is the pond.

I had pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They give present for my kids. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing. Will be back next time!

Staff was amazing, rooms were well appointed. There were international power points next to the bed which was handy. Totally recommend this hotel.
