Capsule a bit smelly. No female room option. Only one shower available. staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good. Walkable from 2 stations and to the beach.

快適でした

入室時、エラーで、入れなかった。 電話してもなかなか出てもらえず、入口をウロウロしていた。最悪！約1時間後、電話して、パスワードを教えてもらって入室！

熱海駅からタラタラ歩いて15分くらい。散策がてら歩くのには良い！利用が初めてでチェックインの顔認証が大変だったが、女性スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれ、ことなきを得た。施設の作りは簡素だが清潔に保たれておりシャワーが男女各1ヶ所、トイレが各2ヶ所と少なかったが問題なかった。ドミトリーだったか、この日の宿泊者のマナーも良く夜は静かに寝ることができた！ただ、エクスベデアの紹介ではタオルありとなっていたが有料だったので訂正願いたい。でもGWで３，０００円もしなかったので文句なし！次回も機会があったら利用したい。

I was a bit disappointed, firstly it is impossible for you to check in early, there is no staff at door, only a scanner to enter all data, so you have to wait until 4 sharply, Also there is nooooooooooooooo lift, you have to carry you suitcase all the way to 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow, Thirdly, when I self-checked, there is NO ONE in the apartment, NO ONE, which means I have to switch on the light myself ( which was in the office and the said you are forbidden to get in which makes it a dilemma) and it was quite scary because I tried to contact them via app and NO ONE response (not until now I have completed the journey) There is NO heater in the entire apartment, night was cold and we are freezing ( again we tried to communicate with them but NO ONE reply) No one cleans up, the bathroom smells terrible and over half of them were out of service

チェックインするのに慣れていないと難しい。問い合わせするまでに30分近くかかった。

翌日の天城山登山のための中継地として利用。宿へのアクセスは、駅から少し歩くものの、適度に熱海の街を散策できてちょうどいい。ホテルへの到着時間が遅くて、スタッフが不在だったため、iPadでのチェックインに少し手間取ってしまったが、入口に貼ってある説明に従い無事にチェックイン。翌朝の出発時間も早かったため、純粋に睡眠をとるためだけの滞在だったが、室内は静かで、ベッドも清潔感が感じられ、十分快適な夜を過ごせた。

従業員の男性がとても親切でした。

施設は安かったしコスパは良かった。ただ、集団で来ていた人達が夜まで部屋の中で騒いでいてうるさかった

宿泊のみのゲストハウスで食事の持ち込みが有りで電子レンジ、冷蔵庫が共用スペースに置いてあります。 ここは初期設定に顔認証システムを採用して居ました。 その為24時間外出が出来ます。

値段も安く、綺麗で快適。 ぐっすりと寝れました。 ただ、受付の女性がマスクして いないのが、気になりました。
