Exceptional staff

It's new, clean, and the amenities were very well thought and sufficient

All of their employees are too busy on their phones, bad service, and got woken up at 5:15am by facade cleaning equipment banging on top of my room and they couldn’t get them to stop for nearly an hour.

I sincerely cannot fault any feature of this Hotel. Rooms very comfortable, high standard of cleanliness throughout the Hotel, excellent Breakfast and Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and somehow clean. Towels are very old. Front desk staffs are very nice especially the black female. No transportation in the hotel

Room extremely clean and modern, good facilities, including gym and swimming pool. As a solo female traveller receptionist and staff made me feel very welcome. There is a large supermarket opposote which is handy.

Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast options were also very good. Hotel was capacity when I cam so was unable to check in even 30 mins before check in time, which wasn't the most convenient. Location is very convenient for specific business meetings, otherwise the hotel is quite far from popular areas due to traffic and numerous changes and connections on the metro.

Pretty good hotel. Will definitely be coming back when in Riyadh.

I really liked this hotel. I am a very frequent traveler but never stayed at the Park Inn. The hotel is exactly the right size and extremely well thought out. Everything is where it is supposed to be. The lobby is not to big and not to small. The smoking area is inviting and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the entire hotel staff is fantastic. Very nice and professional. I will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing staff. The person at the reception deserves a serious raise!! Super friendly and make you feel welcome from the get go. Hotel is so well maintained and amenities are amazing too. Going to make it my regular Riyadh stay going forward!

I checked in late despite being on time due to many people were there and only one person at the reception. I shall had twin beds based on my reservation but due to the unavailability they gave me king bed.

Overall wonderful experience and staff from front of house to the back end were a pleasure to be around. Great location as well and easy to get key touristic locations.
