The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities such as free laundry and afternoon snacks were thoughtful. Location of the hotel is conveniently within walking distance to metro, restaurants, street food, malls, and popular landmarks. Overall, highly recommended for visitors to Xi'an.

We checked in at 4am but the staff couldn't speak English and was confused about completing the check in process, otherwise the service was great.
