Unfortunately, on the first night that I was there, I noticed brown stains on my bed… Tiny microscopic type stuff………… And then the next day that I was there, I discovered bedbugs in my bed….. totally grossed me out and caused me psychological trauma…. The next two nights I used duct tape, tacky side up on the floor around the couch and slept in the middle of the living room….. when I return to Toronto… I am going to call Expedia. I am expecting a 100% refund.

Don’t stay here. It is a dump in a crappy neighborhood.

Excellent breakfast, several hand made options. The room was simple but very clean.

We had a bit of a bumpy start eith reception after arriving in the evening to what was a note saying back in 20 mins ehich wasnt the case. However the following morning we went to mske a complaint. We spoke to Jimmy who is by all means the Chef. He was absolutely amazing he got straight on the case and then spoke to Elena the reception manager , who again did everything to rectify isdues. When we arrived in our room we had no towels, no remote and no hairdryer which they do have at reception if you cant find one in your room. I can honestly say without Jimmy and Elena i eould have rated this possibility 3 stars but the customer service thry gave and the above snd beyond , i believe they deserve 5 star review. They are the absolute foundation of the Roseum. The cleaners the room was well kept snd clean. The hotel itdelf was very nice snd food was plentiful and sgain nothing was too much when asked to cook. We were also given a bottle of wine as an apology. Thankyou so much for turning our stay around completely Elena and Jimmy xx

Good location close to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and modern with a small balcony. Complimentary water supplied which was appreciated.staff were friendly and efficient.

Great price, staff, clean, location is good, breakfast is good. Parking is not the best, but you cannot have it all.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean, and everything was well maintained. The location was also great—just a short walk to the beach.

Location was convenient.Spacious but basic room. Had to bring up towels from the lobby. Breakfast was okay but coffee is an extra charge

The property is functional and comfortable. I appreciated the in room AC and mini fridge. Right around the corner are restaurants and the town market and shops for basic needs. The beach is a 6 minute walk and St Lazarus is about 6 minutes in the other direction. The location is really fantastic. The breakfast is also amazing - delicious and hearty with great protein and coffee options. This place is a really great deal!

We booked deluxe then found out that we were placed in a standard room. We needed to remind them multiple times to add to provide towels. No hairdryer in the room.

Good value for money stay, breakfast was good and the staff was all nice. The quality for the price was very good. The bathroom we had in our bedroom was in need of some cosmetic repair but other than that nothing to complain about.

Nice hotel room hardly got cleaned got a coffee machine in room with European plug on and it’s all English sockets so could not use this

Nice place, the area isn't great, but the place itself is clean and newer. Short walk from the boardwalk and beach. One of the receptionists was very nice and helpful, the couldn't care less. Nice stay overall, although it would have been nice if when checking in someone had told me that Sunday morning (once a year apparently?) there's a siren at 5:30AM

The hotel was centrally located in Larnaca, near the main attractions at Finikoudes Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, *especially* Chef Jimmy! What a legend! I was chatting with him one morning over breakfast that he made and mentioned that my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Breakfast that morning was comped and he surprised us the next day with a bottle of bubbles. Great customer service and excellent hospitality. We will miss him and hope to see him again when we return. Good luck with your restaurant & bar!

Ticks all the boxes. Handy location a short stroll to the waterfront, clean, spacious room, strong shower and wifi. Friendly staff and able to park outside the front door. Only stayed a night, but would rebook if back in Larnaca.

3rd time staying here in the last few years. Very clean, quiet and a good location in central Larnaca. Value for money is great. The rooms could do with a fresh coating of paint but the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious.

Perfect location, near to everything. sweet little hotel with a soul. Room was so very clean, comfy bed, very fresh and clean with a little balcony. Shower looks renovated, very new and modern, hot water all the time. You have a fridge in the room, tea, coffee and even breakfast was included. Will be back for sure
