3 nights stay here and we really liked everything

Everything was wonderful. Hotel nearest to Penang food stall kopitiam and 15 min walk to Komtar area.

Very nice and comfortable hotel! We really love the hotel, all clean, the bathroom also very spacious and functional. All amenities complete and their service is top notch. The downside: at night around 10-12 pm we can hear music like karaoke from our room, maybe from a bar near the hotel? We were at the 9th floor. There is one big guy in charge at the breakfast area that needs to be more friendly to guests. That’s all, but overall we love OZO, will come back again for sure.

Nice & clean rooms with nice facilities, some staff stare a bit too much which makes my family uncomfortable

I had a wonderful stay at OZO Georgetown. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The swimming pool looked luxurious and was well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to stay here again.

The hotel room was super clean and spacious. The hotel provides everything like a dental kit, shampoo, coffee, tea, and water. Walking distance to many places.

Go up to the 21st floor before 5 PM. There's a restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and you can see Penang City from above. It's beautiful.

Helpful staff to give same room though I've made 2 bookings due to different breakfast package. Meals are good, with great view from the resto.

Great stay! The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed. The shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the 20th floor at check-in was amazing. The location is a bit far from the Street Art area, but Grab rides are easy to get. Sound from neighboring rooms can be heard sometimes, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Had a nice stay with my family. The elevator parking was a nice touch. Breakfast was nothing interesting and same goes for the tv. Wish they have few well known channels (hbo, cinemax, nickelodean) or netflix. Service was good, helpful and nice staffs

Staff were horrible, you will get scream at and talked to in a disrespectful way, will totally ruin your trip.

The soundproofing was poor — I was disturbed twice by the alarm from the room next door and could clearly hear their conversation. It would also be better if the hotel could provide indoor slippers for guests’ convenience.

Good hotel, strategic location, good price

Upon check-in, the room looks spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the bath towel looks worn out and a bit off-color. On the 2nd day, the room and toilet were not tidied up yet even though it was 4 PM. On the 3rd and 4th day, the room was not vacuumed and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 3 days. Overall, we were satisfied, as the room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, the bed felt a bit too soft, which caused some discomfort in our lower back when we woke up. Furthermore, we found it difficult to find a designated smoking area outside the hotel. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel will consider providing a smoking area so that all guests, both smokers and non-smokers, can feel more comfortable.
