Typical Japanese business hotel with decently sized room for such a hotel that usually provides tight spaces. Clean, modern room, kind, flexible and friendly staff, and good amenities for the price (good cost performance). My only complaint was the breakfast offering, which had very limited options for western food, buffet was not replenished although I arrived at 09:00 (buffet ends at 10:00) and there was only 1 old black coffee silex that was sitting almost empty on a burner for a long time/no cafe latte or cappuccino, etc. I had to ask the rather inattentive staff for fresh coffee and replenishing of eggs and the cheap ham they had. Also, zero butter and only highly-processed and unhealthy cheap margarine. Very little fruits on offering also. For what they offered, it would be better to avoid the breakfast there and eat elsewhere. Apart from that the hotel is nicely planned and managed.

It’s good enough

I strongly recommend this hotel for all the convenience it offers. Bonus: excellent, delicious western and Japanese breakfast is offered every morning ! Immediate access to bus, taxis, trains.

This is a business hotel located close to the train station. It was perfect for our needs for the weekend.

The surrounding area is nice and quiet, as well as walkable from the Nishi Akashi train station. The room's clean too, hotel reception staff was helpful and there is even a small shopping centre across the road. All in all, a nice biz hotel to stay in. Only con was that it's not too sound proof so i could hear someone upstairs walking back and forth. Luckily it was only for a while.

I couldn’t have had a more peaceful stay! I will certainly keep this hotel in mind for future stays. Thank you!

Quick clean friendly service and right across from the station.

Nice clean hotel, somewhat small room

The provided (free) parking was in a building about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Would have rather paid to use a nearer car park.

Of course we were able to spend seven days satisfied very much. Everything was so nice and convenience for us. I was glad to book and stay at Hotel Prefort Nishiakashi, again.

Very nice room that was clean and quiet. The staff was also very friendly.

This was a great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and it is right next to the train station. Add the breakfast option; it was super yummy and lots of options. The staff were all super nice and helpful. I would for sure stay here again!

大変満足です。度々利用させて頂いております。明石に用事がない時でも泊まりに行きたくなります。 強いていえば、お風呂上がりに濡れたバスタオルを掛けておくフックみたいなものが欲しい。お風呂のドアに付いているけれど、二人だとスペースが足りない感じです。でも大した問題ではありません。また利用させて頂きます！

駅前でとても便利でした。フロントスタッフも皆さん親切でした。フロント前ではコーヒーやお茶のサービスもあり利用させてもらいました。黄色の椅子が写っている写真が掲載されていますが、西明石でホテルを探していた際、写真を見て予約を躊躇しました。私的にとても古い建物で改装したホテルに見えて。 宿泊したら、とても良い感じでした。
