Beautiful view and clean room. Highly recommend!

I was in town for an Operation Dynamo tour with a friend. We had two rooms at this great Hôtel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! My friend actually met the owner there and was really impressed with her! I would give it Five Stars! I will return with my wife.

Great location on the beach ... amazing rooms with the best linen and bed to sleep in. Friendly staff and great all over. Parking available free on the front of the hotel or in the reserved hotel car park.

This hotel has great attention to detail. Further, the staff is friendly, fast to respond to assistance requests, secure, and very professional. The interior architecture is top notch. Kudos to the owner and the staff!

Great location. This is right on the beach. Nice staff, but limited English. Breakfast was good. Bar drinks served on the boardwalk. Parking is limited so request a spot with your reservation.

This is a stunner of a hotel right on the shore in Dunkirk. Lovely room and bar/lobby. Because we were on a roadtrip for F1 we had a car which was accommodated by the parking lot. (We had a Volvo XC60, and it was a bit of a squeeze even though not full, so best if you have a smaller car to maneuver.) Nothing but positive feedback and highly recommend staying at the Merveilleux.

You stepped off to the beach, which was dog friendly. Helpful staff

Great view of the North Sea, clean comfortable rooms, great service and on-sight parking. The breakfast was also very good. Conveniently located right on the beach.

Very nice atmospheric hotel on the beach, but the car park only takes 12, has to be booked in advance, and is a nightmare to find using sat nav. 2 addresses are given for this hotel and you need to use the Avenue Aboud address, not the Digue De Mer - that's the beach, the wrong place, and you'll be left at a barrier wondering what to do. Aboud works but when you get there down a tiny street you can't get in without the hotel being there to open the gate so best to phone ahead. There's nowhere else to park while you sort the entry unless you're lucky. Other than that, no criticisms. Very nice indeed.

Very friendly welcome. Hotel completely renovated two years ago. Although quite small room everything you could want is there including air conditioning. By French standards a large TV, room safe, very comfortable large bed, great sea view. A really great seasonal beach side bar. A very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel on the Dunkerque waterfront, with very convenient and secure parking at the back of the property. Although we thought we had booked a room with a seaview, it turned out we were at the back of the hotel. But the person at reception was able to switch us immediately to a full seaview room at little extra cost, which we were more than happy to pay. Our new room had wide windows overlooking the promenade and gave us a panoramic view of the beach. The hotel is relatively modern and has all amenities you can expect; the breakfast buffet was lovely and service was with a smile regardless of who was at reception. The only negative was the poor wifi signal which kept dropping out. Plenty of restaurants and cafes mere meters away; would definitely come back
