Basically a nice hotel but a few details need attention: spacious room but heating totally inadequate and had to borrow an additional heater from reception. Room was very cold when we checked in. Need to ditch the paper cups in bathroom and replace with proper glasses. Lack of furniture in room and clothes storage space very limited. Why no wardrobe? Service in restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner was ridiculously slow. Meal took 3 hours! There's no excuse for this, especially as it was a set menu. On checkout, was charged for breakfast, which had to be removed from the bill as we did not have breakfast on any of the days which we stayed. This was because breakfast service was only between 8 - 10 am, far too early to stop serving when one is on holiday. These small but important details would prevent us from staying again, which is a shame as the hotel is potentially very pleasant and is in a convenient location.

Good experience, clean room

Very clean and comfortable room and the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood so nothing to disturb one’s sleep! Having to book a table for dinner is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

Food was fantastic both evening meal and wide choice of items for breakfast.

Great hotel in a good location - pity the hotel bar and restaurant is shut on a Sunday as well as other restaurants in the town.

Hotel seemed to be of recent construction. Rooms were compact, but acceptable. Everything was impeccably clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Un hôtel parfait avec une équipe très accueillante

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das neu wirkende Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und ist toll eingerichtet. Das helle Zimmer bot alle nötigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt an der Strasse rund ums Hotel. Das Hotel selber verfügt über mehrere Ladesäulen für e-Autos. Wir können das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.
