Clean room & all staff were fantastic. Resort was beautifully. Restaurants were delicious.

Room was very spacious and clean. Underground parking was easy. Staff were very friendly. Loved the year round outdoor pool and hot tub! Only thing to note was the accessible rooms were the farthest from the lobby. Didn’t seem to make sense to me that individuals with mobility issues would have the farthest walk to the lobby.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Loved the hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and gym. Loved the location too!

I was happy to be told that I was getting a newly renovated room only to find that it was right next to the elevator and the ice machine. Room 324. Clean- no issues with that. While lying in the bed, you can’t see the TV fully. The bed is near the door and the kitchen is near the screen balcony. The elevator and ice machines are near the door.

The overall village was nice but we were woken up at 6 am both days we stayed do to pounding in the upstairs unit above us as we stayed on the 2nd floor when we called front desk they asked my wife a bunch of questions like can you describe the noise etc. dont see how that is relevant and then they continue to say they would deal with it and never did as we were woken up again by it the following day then we called down again and they again did nothing to remedy the situation which I feel is unacceptable I went on the trip to relax and possibly sleep in a bit as my wife and I both work crazy hours and we did not get to do that do to the constant pounding

I checked in late on the 13th , I had a family emergency and advised the hotel first thing the following morning. I requested to be refunded for the last night , the hotel declined. Wouldn’t even refund the ‘resort fee’.

Staff was great, and room was clean.
