I extended my stay using a different booking code, but I could still use my previous room. Their services are great. Minimalist yet perfect, it has everything I need, including facilities like a laundry room, microwave, and ice machines. FYI, we could check the progress of our laundry on TV. 👍

Get 2 sandals, 1 for the room, 1 for going out, get a kimono and standard amenities, strategic location, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop

Great service, strategic location, and there are many Apa hotels around Japan. At least provide water for the guest, 1 bottle per day.

The staff is not helpful at all! You cannot store your luggage one day before the check in date because they said they have no space? But you can see they have 6 buildings all together and no space? But if you send your luggage through yamato service they can accept. Does it make sense? I stay here for 4 days and they can't even help. I didn't realize I ordered a smoking room. And I asked help to change my room to non-smoking room but they said they can't help because it is full booked. But when I checked from all platforms they still have room to sell. The room is dusty. And also all of the staff are not friendly at all. My first encountered with this kind of experience👋.
